1. Payment:
Pay via PayPal or pay by credit/debit card through PayPal's payment method or T/T in large wholesales order.

2. Goods preparation
- After payment completed, packages are generally preparation take about 5 working days (about 10 days for wholesale) before shipping.

3. Shipping
- We will be shipped from Thailand via Int’l Small Packet-Air /Int’l Parcel-Air. (By Thailand Post).
- Takes about 7-20 business days, depending on destination.
- The tracking number and a link to track will be sent to your e-mail after your products have been shipped or checking at Track And Trace.

International Shipments

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7-20 days.

When do you dispatch my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 5-10 working days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates everyday except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum

How do I track my order and delivery status?
We encourage customers to always check their email for the updates of their parcels.Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link and number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Can I change my delivery address?
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. If parcel is already dispatched, customer must to contact the courier.

What causes my shipment delays?
A shipment can be delayed at the origin for a number of reasons, including weather, missing proper documentation, weekends or not meeting certain requirements.Customer could contact the shipping provider from their country regarding delays or else send us an email for attention.
