Pre-Order Information
Pre-order items may be subject to additional restrictions and longer lead times for the following reasons:
- Certain products may encounter shipping restrictions when transported by air to destinations outside Thailand.
- Some products are manufactured in limited quantities and may be produced on a made-to-order basis.
- Before placing an order, customers are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into their country and complies with all applicable local regulations.
- In some cases, pre-order items may be available for sea freight shipping. If you are interested in this option, please contact us via email for further assistance.
Shipping Within Thailand
We are happy to ship orders to customers located in Thailand, including both residents and tourists.
If you are traveling in Thailand and would like your order delivered to a hotel or other temporary accommodation, please make sure you will be available to receive the package during the estimated delivery period. We recommend placing your order well in advance of your departure date.
Once an order is placed, the product will be shipped from the manufacturer to our store. This process typically takes about 6 business days.
Shipping Outside Thailand
Some pre-order items may not be eligible for international air shipping due to transportation or carrier restrictions. This is particularly common for certain liquid products, including shampoos and other cosmetic items.
Depending on the destination country, sea freight (surface mail) may be available for selected products. Customers are encouraged to contact us before placing an order to confirm shipping availability, import requirements, and available delivery methods.
